Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from CheerRide. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.


Order Cancellation

  • Within 48 hours (before dispatch): Full refund (100%)
  • After dispatch: Order can no longer be cancelled, but may be returned after delivery

Returns (EU 14-Day Right)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • The item must not be assembled or modified
  • Proof (photos/videos) may be required before approval

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Products used, assembled, or damaged by the customer
  • Missing original packaging
  • Returns requested after 14 days from delivery
  • Custom or registered products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a solution, including replacement or refund.

Return Process

  2. Provide photos/videos for verification
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions
  4. Ship the item back within 10 days after approval

Refund Timing

  • PayPal: up to 48 hours after processing
  • Credit card: 7–14 business days depending on the provider
