We want you to feel confident when purchasing from CheerRide. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
Order Cancellation
- Within 48 hours (before dispatch): Full refund (100%)
- After dispatch: Order can no longer be cancelled, but may be returned after delivery
Returns (EU 14-Day Right)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- The item must not be assembled or modified
- Proof (photos/videos) may be required before approval
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Non-Returnable Situations
- Products used, assembled, or damaged by the customer
- Missing original packaging
- Returns requested after 14 days from delivery
- Custom or registered products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a solution, including replacement or refund.

- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back within 10 days after approval
