We want you to feel confident when purchasing from CheerRide. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Order Cancellation

Within 48 hours (before dispatch): Full refund (100%)
After dispatch: Order can no longer be cancelled, but may be returned after delivery

Returns (EU 14-Day Right)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions:

The product must be unused and in original packaging
The item must not be assembled or modified
Proof (photos/videos) may be required before approval

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Non-Returnable Situations

Products used, assembled, or damaged by the customer
Missing original packaging
Returns requested after 14 days from delivery
Custom or registered products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a solution, including replacement or refund.
