Legal Warranty (EU)

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, all products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Motor
  • Controller
  • Battery
  • Charger
  • Frame and structural parts

Electronic & Functional Parts (6 Months)

  • Display
  • Lights (front / rear)
  • Throttle and brake sensors

Wear & Cosmetic Parts (Not Covered)

  • Paint, decals, decorative elements
  • Seat, pedals, tires, brake pads
  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty Conditions
