All products purchased from CheerRide are backed by a 1-year limited warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. (Note: Free accessories are excluded from this coverage.)

🛠️ Warranty Coverage (1 Year)

• Core Components: Frame, Motor, Battery, and Controller are covered for 1 year.
• Defect Replacement: We will replace any component deemed defective or damaged due to manufacturing or shipping (excluding user error).
• Freight: The customer is responsible for all necessary freight charges associated with sending warranty replacement parts.

1. Contact Us: Email support@CheerRide.com or contact our online support team.
2. Provide Evidence: Include your Order Number, proof of purchase, and high-quality photos or videos showing the defect.
3. Resolution: We prioritize remote troubleshooting and technical guidance first, followed by the coordination of replacement parts or professional repairs if necessary.

⚠️ Exclusions & Limitations

• Ordinary Wear & Tear: Parts such as Brake Pads, Rotors, and Tires/Tubes are not covered.
• Environmental Damage: No coverage for corrosion caused by moisture/heat or deterioration of the surface finish and aesthetics.
• The 7-Day Protocol: Secondary hardware (Lights, Kickstand, LCD display, Wiring harness, and general hardware) is only covered for 7 days after receipt. Any damage to these specific parts after the 7-day window is considered usage-related and subject to replacement fees.

⏱️ The Return Timeline

• 14 Days to Notify: Contact us at support@CheerRide.com within 14 days of delivery.
• 14 Days to Ship: Once approved, ship the item back within the next 14 days.

📦 Return Requirements

• Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and proof of purchase.
• Exclusions: Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders cannot be returned.
• Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛠️ Damages & Issues (48-Hour Rule)

• Immediate Inspection: Check your order upon arrival.
• Deadline: Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.
• Evidence: Photos and videos are required for all damage claims.

🚚 Costs & Fees

• Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
• Cancellations: Orders cancelled after payment capture will be refunded minus merchant transaction fees.

💰 Refunds

• Inspection: We will notify you once your return is inspected.
• Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

💳 Cancellations & Refunds

• In-Transit Cancellations: If you cancel after the item has been dispatched, you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs.
• Out of Stock: If we cannot fulfill your order due to stock issues, you will receive a 100% full refund.
