• Core Components: Frame, Motor, Battery, and Controller are covered for 1 year.
• Defect Replacement: We will replace any component deemed defective or damaged due to manufacturing or shipping (excluding user error).
• Freight: The customer is responsible for all necessary freight charges associated with sending warranty replacement parts.

3. Resolution: We prioritize remote troubleshooting and technical guidance first, followed by the coordination of replacement parts or professional repairs if necessary.

⚠️ Exclusions & Limitations

• Ordinary Wear & Tear: Parts such as Brake Pads, Rotors, Spokes, Tires/Tubes, Chains, Chain Rings, Cassettes, and Cranksets are not covered.
• Environmental Damage: No coverage for corrosion caused by moisture/heat or deterioration of the surface finish and aesthetics.
• The 7-Day Protocol: Secondary hardware (Lights, Pedals, Kickstand, LCD display, Wiring harness, and general hardware) is only covered for 7 days after receipt. Any damage to these specific parts after the 7-day window is considered usage-related and subject to replacement fees.

• 80% Pre-Assembled: To ensure safe transport, your bike arrives approximately 80% assembled.

• Verification: Upon placing an order, we pre-authorize your card but do not charge it immediately. We first verify stock availability with our suppliers.
• Processing: Once stock is confirmed, we capture the payment and prepare for dispatch.
• Backorders: If an item is unavailable, we will void the authorization and notify you immediately.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

• Processing: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days (Mainland UK/Standard zones).
• Tracking: Tracking details are emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven't received yours after 6 working days, contact us at support@CheerRide.com.

📦 Inspection & Damages (48-Hour Rule)

• Action: Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery, even if you don't plan to use them yet.
• Reporting: Any damage must be reported via email with photos/videos within 48 hours of receipt.
• Requirement: Retain all original packaging and the damaged goods until the claim is processed.

📍 Missed Deliveries

• Coordination: Our couriers will contact you (SMS/Email) to arrange a delivery slot.
• Redelivery Fee: If a delivery fails due to your absence, a redelivery fee of approximately $70/£70 will apply. Please provide adequate notice if you need to reschedule.

💳 Cancellations & Refunds

• Merchant Fees: If you cancel an order after we have captured payment, we will refund you minus any non-refundable merchant transaction fees.
• In-Transit Cancellations: If you cancel after the item has been dispatched, you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs.
• Out of Stock: If we cannot fulfill your order due to stock issues, you will receive a 100% full refund.

• Exclusions: Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders cannot be returned.
• Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
